(NASDAQ:TTSH) (the "Company"), a specialty retailer of natural stone and man-made tiles, setting and maintenance materials and related accessories, today announced that the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") has declared a special dividend of $0.65 per share payable on December 3, 2021 to the Company's shareholders of record at the close of business on November 19, 2021. After review and consideration of capital allocation alternatives with its financial advisor, the Independent Transaction Committee of the Board has unanimously recommended that the Board approve a special dividend of $0.65 per share, and the members of the Board have unanimously approved this recommendation.
