2. Represents shares surrendered to Issuer to satisfy income tax and remittance obligations of the reporting person in connection with the accelerated vesting of performance shares pursuant to a Performance Share Award granted on February 9, 2022.

3. Represents the accelerated vesting of additional shares pursuant to a Performance Share Award granted on January 19, 2023 based on performance of such award, pursuant to the Company's incentive award plan.

4. Represents shares surrendered to Issuer to satisfy income tax and remittance obligations of the reporting person in connection with the accelerated vesting of performance shares pursuant to the Performance Share Award granted on January 19, 2023.
