Tidewater Inc. (NYSE:TDW) (the "Company") today announced the completion of its acquisition of Wilson, Sons Ultratug Participações S.A. and its affiliate Atlantic Offshore Services S.A. (collectively, "WSUT"), effective August 31, 2026.
