Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b)	On September 20, 2022, Bradley A. Hamilton, Group Vice President, Commercial, International, Ventrac and Irrigation Businesses, notified The Toro Company (“TTC”) of his decision to retire, effective November 1, 2022, after more than 34 years of service to TTC.
