(b) Departure of Directors or Certain Officers.

On June 8, 2022, Peter Jonna notified TPI Composites, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”), effective June 10, 2022. Mr. Jonna is resigning from the Board in connection with his resignation from Oaktree Capital Management. There are no disagreements between the Company and Mr. Jonna relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices that resulted in Mr. Jonna’s resignation.
