Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 20, 2022, Von Hughes resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Tradeweb Markets Inc. (the “Company”), effective September 30, 2022. Mr. Hughes’ resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Hughes for his dedicated service on the Board and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
