Transphorm, Inc. (the “Company”) is aware of recent developments regarding Silicon Valley Bank (“SVB”). The Company maintains accounts at SVB, and has access to all funds in those accounts per the joint statement issued by the U.S. Department of Treasury, the Federal Reserve and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation issued on Sunday, March 12, 2023.
