On July 28, 2026, Frasier W. Brickhouse, II notified Tredegar Corporation (the “Company”) of his intention to retire as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company, effective September 1, 2026.

On July 30, 2026, in connection with Mr. Brickhouse’s retirement, the Company issued a press release, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference in this Item 7.01.
