Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On May 27, 2025, Bobby Sarnevesht resigned from the board of directors (the “Board”) of Triller Group Inc. (the “Company”). The Company has accepted Mr. Sarnevesht’s resignation. At the time of his resignation, Mr. Sarnevesht did not serve on the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee or Nomination Committee of the Board. There have been disagreements between Mr. Sarnevesht and the Board.

In accordance with the requirements of Item 5.02(a) of Current Report on Form 8-K, the Company will provide Mr. Sarnevesht with a copy of the disclosures contained in this Current Report on Form 8-K no later than the day of filing this Current Report on Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
