On September 14, 2026, TriNet Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that on September 11, 2026, its Board of Directors declared a dividend in the amount of $0.29 per share of the Company’s common stock with a record date and ex-dividend date of October 1, 2026 and a payout date of October 26, 2026. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
