Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On August 17, 2024, Jacqueline K. McLaughlin, Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of UL Solutions Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of her decision to resign from her role with the Company for personal reasons effective as of September 3, 2024. Ms. McLaughlin’s decision to resign is not due to any disagreement or dispute with the Company.
