(NASDAQ:UG) announced today that the company's Board of Directors, at its meeting on January 26, 2026, declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per share, to be paid on February 17, 2026, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 9, 2026. This will be the 31^st consecutive year the company has paid a dividend.
