On June 12, 2025, United Homes Group, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). Set forth below are the final voting results from the Annual Meeting.

Proposal 1 – Election of Directors

The following Class II directors were elected to the Board to serve as directors until the Company’s 2028 annual meeting of stockholders and until their successors have been duly elected and qualified:
