(b) Departure of Certain Officer

On August 24, 2021, David A. Hathaway, Senior Vice President, Programs, and named executive officer of Vectrus, Inc. (the “Company”) notified the Company of his resignation, effective September 3, 2021, for personal reasons. Mr. Hathaway’s departure did not involve any disagreement with the Company’s management or its external auditor.
