Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 6, 2024, VerifyMe, Inc. (the “Company”) plans to host an Investor Call from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (ET) through a conference call and webcast consisting of a presentation by the Company’s executive management team, including an overview of its strategic objectives and updates regarding its business development efforts followed by a question and answer period. The presentation slides and webcast will be archived on the Investors section of the Company’s website and will remain available for 90 days. A copy of the presentation is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
