2. Includes 2,559 shares of restricted stock.

3. Includes shares previously held indirectly by Mr. Vetter through Vetter Community Resource, LLC, an entity that was 50% owned by Mr. Vetter and 50% owned by his spouse, which has been dissolved.

4. Shares held by Mr. Vetter's spouse.
