On November 1, 2023, Via Renewables, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2023 (the “Press Release”). The Press Release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated by reference herein.
