On August 7, 2025 , Viavi Solutions Inc. (the “Company”) reported its preliminary results for its fiscal fourth quarter and fiscal year 2025 ended June 28, 2025. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished herewith and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
