Dividends

Vinci Partners has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.17 per share to record holders of common stock at the close of business on August 21, 2024. This dividend will be paid on September 05, 2024.

Vinci Partners posted Fee Related Earnings of R$61.9 million in the 2Q'24, or R$1.16 per common share. Adjusted Distributable Earnings for the quarter of R$58.4 million, or R$1.10 per common share.
