Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents shares withheld by the Issuer to satisfy the tax withholding obligation associated with the vesting of RSUs granted to the Reporting Person on March 8, 2023.

2. Balance includes a non-reportable acquisition of 276 shares purchased through the Company's 2011 Employee Stock Purchase Plan on May 15, 2024.

3. Represents shares withheld by the Issuer to satisfy the tax withholding obligation associated with the vesting of RSUs granted to the Reporting Person on January 15, 2024.

4. Represents shares withheld by the Issuer to satisfy the tax withholding obligation associated with the vesting of performance stock units granted to the Reporting Person on January 15, 2024.

5. Shares are held in the Erginsoy Family Trust, in which the Reporting Person is a trustee.
