Represents the number of shares earned under performance-based restricted stock unit awards ("PSUs") granted to the reporting person in 2023; number of shares earned is based on the Compensation and Human Capital Committee's certification of the Company's satisfaction of performance criteria underlying the award of the PSUs during the three-year performance period ended December 28, 2025. All of the PSUs reported here are subject to vesting based on the continued service of the reporting person through March 10, 2026.
