Today, the Board of Directors of WaFd, Inc. (NASDAQ:WAFD) (the "Company"), announced a regular quarterly cash dividend of 27 cents per share. The dividend will be paid December 5, 2025, to common shareholders of record as of November 21, 2025. This will be the Company's 171^stconsecutive quarterly cash dividend.
