Explanation of Responses:

1. This amount represents 1,500 vested performance-based restricted stock units awarded on February 13, 2020, 1,612 vested performance-based restricted stock units awarded on February 5, 2021, 3,892 vested performance-based restricted stock units awarded on February 3, 2022, and 1,929 vested performance-based restricted stock units awarded on March 3, 2023.

2. Shares withheld to cover the tax withholding obligation due to the vesting of performance-based restricted stock units.
