PETERSBURG, Fla., Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Webull Corporation (NASDAQ:BULL) ("Webull" or the "Company") today announced that it will hold its 2026 General Meeting of Shareholders (the "General Meeting") on October 30, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time at 200 Carillon Pkwy, St. Petersburg, Florida, United States 33716, and simultaneously via live webcast at https://www.cstproxy.com/webullcorp/2026.

The Board of Directors of the Company has set the close of business on September 25, 2026, Eastern Time, as the record date (the "Record Date") for determining the shareholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the General Meeting and any adjournment or postponement thereof. Holders of record of the Company's Class A Ordinary Shares and Class B Ordinary Shares as of the close of business on the Record Date will be entitled to notice of, and to attend and vote at the General Meeting. Each Class A Ordinary Share is entitled to one vote and each Class B Ordinary Share is entitled to twenty votes on each proposal, with the two classes voting together as a single class.

At the General Meeting, shareholders will be asked to consider and vote on (i) the approval and adoption of the Company's Sixth Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association and (ii) the approval of the Webull Corporation 2026 Employee Share Purchase Plan, including the reservation of 5,000,000 Class A Ordinary Shares for issuance thereunder.
