Effective May 1, 2026, the named portfolio management team responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the Fund is as follows:

- Prashant Chandran
- Christopher Kilpatrick
- Rafael Zielonka
- Walter Kilcullen
Effective September 30, 2026, Christopher Kilpatrick will no longer be a member of the portfolio management team of the Fund.
