Item 5.02.	Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 7, 2025, Mark Hinsey, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of The Western Union Company (the “Company”), notified the Company that he intends to retire effective June 30, 2025. The Company intends to initiate a process to appoint a successor.
