Item 5.02.	Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 16, 2025, Andrew Walker, Chief Operations Officer of The Western Union Company (the “Company”), notified the Company that he intends to resign effective June 13, 2025. Mr. Walker is resigning for personal reasons and there were no disagreements between Mr. Walker and the Company. His departure is not related to the operations, policies or practices of the Company or any issues regarding accounting policies or practices.
