$0.50 per share dividend declared payable on March 14, 2024

The Board of Directors of Westlake Corporation (NYSE:WLK) today declared a regular dividend distribution of 50 cents per share for the fourth quarter of 2024. This dividend will be payable on March 14, 2024, to stockholders of record on February 28, 2024.

This is the 78th successive quarterly dividend that Westlake has declared since completing its initial public offering in August 2004.
