Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On October 26, 2021, WestRock Company announced that Ward H. Dickson will retire as executive vice president, chief financial officer and Alexander W. Pease will succeed Mr. Dickson as executive vice president, chief financial officer.
