Revenue growth was supported by continued expansion across the Company’s core markets, while its overseas business maintained positive momentum as the Company continued to develop new markets and channels.

First Half Fiscal Year 2026 Financial Highlights

Total Revenue: $30.3 million, an increase of 9.4% from $27.7 million in the first half of fiscal year 2025.
Gross Profit: $10.7 million, up 9.8% from $9.8 million in the first half of fiscal year 2025.
Gross Margin: 35.3%, compared with 35.2% in the first half of fiscal year 2025.
Income from Operations: $8.3 million, up 16.9% from $7.1 million in the first half of fiscal year 2025.
Net Income: $6.0 million, up 25.5% from $4.8 million in the first half of fiscal year 2025.
Basic and Diluted Earnings Per Share: $0.50, compared with $0.40 in the first half of fiscal year 2025.
Operating Cash Flow: $5.5 million, compared with $4.7 million in the first half of fiscal year 2025.
Cash Reserves: $127.5 million as of June 30, 2026, compared with $110.5 million as of June 30, 2025.
Overseas Revenue: $9.7 million, an increase of 7.8% from $9.0 million in the first half of fiscal year 2025.
Total Volume Shipped: approximately 1.43 million units, an increase of 3.5% from approximately 1.38 million units in the first half of fiscal year 2025.
Stockholders’ Equity: $148.8 million as of June 30, 2026, compared with $131.8 million as of June 30, 2025.
