    Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

    The Williams Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on Tuesday, April 29, 2025. At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s stockholders considered and voted upon the following proposals, which are more fully described in the Company’s proxy statement: (1) Elect eleven director nominees for a one-year term; (2) Approve, on an advisory basis, the compensation of our named executive officers; and (3) Ratify the selection of Ernst & Young LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
