Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On August 5, 2026, Xperi Inc. (the “Company”) hosted its second quarter 2026 earnings conference call and webcast for investors and analysts at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Earnings Call”). The archive of the conference call is available via webcast at investor.xperi.com.

The purpose of this Form 8-K is solely to correct the information provided verbally on the Earnings Call regarding the Company’s historical level of minimum-guarantee agreements as a percentage of total revenue. The historical level of minimum-guarantee agreements as a percentage of total revenue was incorrectly stated as being in the single-digit percent range. The correct statement is that the Company’s level of minimum-guarantee agreements as a percentage of total revenue has typically been in the low-to-mid 20 percent range and the Company expects to be in the mid 20 percent, or slightly higher, range for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026. The corrected transcript is included on the Company’s website in the “Events & Presentations” page under “Q2 2026 Earnings Call”.
