On June 3, 2024, Jason Aiken notified XPO, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company effective as of June 6, 2024. Effective as of June 6, 2024, the Board reduced the size of the Board from nine to eight directors.
