Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 27, 2022, Jeffrey Titterton informed Zendesk, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to resign from his position as Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective as of November 15, 2022.
