Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

As previously reported, on May 31, 2023, ZipRecruiter, Inc. (the “Company”) and Ian Siegel, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, agreed that Mr. Siegel would receive a salary reduction equal to 30% of his base salary, effective June 1, 2023. On February 7, 2024, at a meeting of the Compensation Committee (the “Compensation Committee”) of the Company’s Board of Directors, the Compensation Committee approved the reinstatement of Mr. Siegel’s previous base salary of $550,000, effective March 1, 2024.
