On April 8, 2024, Qasim Saifee resigned from his position as the Chief Operating Officer of ZipRecruiter, Inc. (the “Company”), effective April 30, 2024. Mr. Saifee’s resignation is not as a result of any disagreement with the Company relating to its operations, policies or practices.
