Notice of Employment Agreement Expiration

On January 20, 2022, Zovio, Inc. provided written notice to Chris Spohn, Executive Vice President of Operations, that it would not be extending his employment agreement, and pursuant to the terms of the employment agreement Mr. Spohn’s employment will end on April 30, 2022.
