Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 23, 2022, Alight, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2021. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Report”).
