Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted Stock Units granted on March 1, 2024, pursuant to the Amended & Restated 2017 Viad Corp Omnibus Incentive Plan, and will vest one year from the date of grant and are payable in shares of VVI common stock on a one-for-one basis upon vesting.

2. This Form 4/A is being filed to correct an inadvertent administrative error in the original Form 4 regarding the amount of shares of common stock beneficially owned following the reported transaction.
