1. Represents an award of restricted stock under the Issuer's 2020 Equity Incentive Plan ("2020 Plan"), which will vest in full on July 7, 2025.

2. Includes 4,651 unvested shares of restricted stock granted under the 2020 Plan, one-third of which will vest annually beginning on May 7, 2025 and 2,453 unvested shares of restricted stock granted under the 2020 Plan, which will vest in full on July 7, 2025.
