Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November1, 2023, DXC Technology Company (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2024 ended September 30, 2023. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The Company will also hold a conference call at 5:00 PM EDT, on November 1, 2023, to discuss this matter.
