On April 29, 2022, First Northwest Bancorp issued an earnings release for the quarter ended March 31, 2022. A copy of the earnings release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Other Events

On April 29, 2022, First Northwest Bancorp announced in its earnings release that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share of common stock, payable on May 27, 2022, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 13, 2022.
