Departure of a Named Executive Officer (Item 5.02(b))

On June 17, 2022, Hagerty, Inc. (the "Company") reports that Mr. Kelly Smith, the Company’s Chief Strategy Officer, was separated from employment with the Company effective June 17, 2022. Mr. Smith’s Employment Agreement, dated March 1, 2021 (the “Employment Agreement”), was terminated pursuant to Section 5(a) therein resulting in his eligibility to receive payment under the terms of the Employment Agreement. The foregoing description is qualified in its entirety by the full text of the Employment Agreement, a copy of which was filed as Exhibit 10.14 to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2021 and is incorporated by reference herein.
