RESTON, Va., Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Carahsoft Technology Corp., The Trusted Government IT Solutions Provider^®, today announced that it has been named Distributor of the Year for 2025 by NiCE, a NiCE (NASDAQ:NICE) business. The award was announced in July and recognizes Carahsoft’s commitment to opening new markets, accelerating enterprise growth and advancing breakthrough innovation.

"Carahsoft stood out this year for how quickly and broadly it brought NiCE to new corners of the Public Sector," said Dan Wolfgram, VP, Partner Sales at NiCE. "The team built demand, opened doors across Government and higher education and turned growing interest in AI into real opportunities for agencies to modernize. That combination of market reach, scale and focus on AI adoption is what set Carahsoft apart, and we look forward to building on it to help agencies deliver faster, more personal service to the people they serve."

As NiCE’s distributor since 2020, Carahsoft has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to driving growth through strategic go-to-market collaboration and partner enablement. Carahsoft has executed several targeted marketing campaigns, including webinars, email outreach and digital promotions, helping expand NiCE’s reach across the Public Sector and higher education organizations. These initiatives generated more than 200 sales and marketing leads and contributed to 20 RFx opportunities being submitted to NiCE.

In addition, Carahsoft has proactively proposed, contracted and executed high-value marketing events with third-party partners, creating new opportunities to engage customers and strengthen market awareness. Through these collaborative efforts, Carahsoft continues to connect NiCE with Government and higher education organizations seeking innovative technologies to improve customer experiences.

As Government agencies face rising constituent expectations and growing volumes of interaction, many are turning to AI to modernize how they deliver service. Through Carahsoft, agencies can access NiCE's AI-powered customer service platform, which uses conversational AI and automation to resolve routine inquiries across voice, chat and digital channels, 24/7. Built-in intelligence helps agencies optimize contact center operations, from forecasting demand and routing interactions to giving employees real-time guidance. The result is shorter wait times, faster resolutions and more staff capacity to focus on the unique needs of the organizations they serve.

"We are honored to receive NiCE’s 2025 Distributor of the Year award," said Tiffany Goddard, Program Executive for Customer Experience and Engagement Solutions at Carahsoft. "Our partnership with NiCE means a faster, simpler path to modern customer experience. Government agencies are being asked to do more with less while delivering fast, accurate answers to the organizations they serve. By making NiCE's AI-powered platform easy to procure through trusted contract vehicles and pairing it with the expertise of our reseller partners, we're helping agencies adopt AI with confidence and deliver better service to the communities they support."
