On August 9, 2023, PLBY Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the Company’s second fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Report”) and incorporated herein by reference.
