(1) Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP, a Delaware limited partnership and a registered investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("DKCM"), acts as investment manager to Xylem Finance LLC ("Xylem"), which holds the securities covered by the Form 144. DKCM GP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is the general partner of DKCM. (2) The shares reported herein to be sold were originally acquired through an in-kind contribution to Xylem proportionate to its limited partnership interest in the Angel Oak Mortgage Fund, LP. (3) Represents a sale to the Issuer.
