1. Options to purchase 24,680 ordinary shares of the Issuer, no par value ("Ordinary Shares") were granted on November 28, 2019. As of September 18, 2026, 24,680 options remain outstanding, all of which are vested and exercisable, at an exercise price of $1.2264 per share, expiring November 28, 2029.

2. Options to purchase 27,460 Ordinary Shares were granted on January 17, 2025, with the total grant vesting in equal quarterly installments of 8.33% commencing on January 17, 2025. As of September 18, 2026, 13,840 are vested and exercisable, at an exercise price of $6.0462 per share, expiring January 17, 2035.
