1. Each RSU represents the contingent right to receive two ordinary shares upon vesting of the unit.

2. The RSUs were granted on September 24, 2026, and are subject to an annual vesting schedule, contingent upon continued service at the time of vesting. 1,599 RSUs vest on September 30, 2027, 1,599 RSUs vest on September 30, 2028 and 1,599 RSUs vest on September 30, 2029. They do not have an expiration date.
