2. Number of Derivative Securities Acquired on 11/3/2023, initially reported in the Form 5 filed with the SEC on 02/12/2024 as 40,585, is being revised to reflect a correction made on 03/13/2024 to the Derivative Securities Acquired, due to a scrivener's error.

3. Amount Beneficially owned as of 12/31/2023, initially reported in the Form 5 filed with the SEC on 02/12/2024 as 45,553, is being revised to reflect the correction made to the Restricted Stock Units ("RSU") dated 11/3/2023.
