We are writing to share some exciting news about our partnership with WaFd Bank. Yesterday, WaFd announced plans to merge with EverBank Financial Corp, based in Jacksonville, Florida. The merger creates a strategic partnership designed to better serve bank customers across the enterprise, with a broader portfolio of products and services, through size and scale. While we don’t expect this news to have an impact on wealth management client relationships, we wanted to share the news as well as our enthusiasm regarding the transaction, as we believe the two banks are better together.
